I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
The sneakers are or not available in that size or they are out of stock and deleted from the site!

Has my order been sent yet ?
The order has been sent when you receive an E-mail saying so.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?
E-mail us the product you are looking for information about, we have an active social media you can also try to message us there.

Can I track my order ?
Yes, we give a tracker code in the e-mail you receive.

Part of my order is missing
If this were to happen to you, message us instantly as we get new orders quickly and have to refresh every 24 hours. Do this as soon as possible and maybe we can still send it. Otherwise it would be on 90% off.

Which methods of payments can I use?

Is it safe to order online?
Yes, you can always get a refund and if the order doesn't arrive than you can talk to your pay service and if you can prove we didn't deliver you get your money back.

Focus on contacting us about the problem and we will send you the good items when we have received the items that were in the wrong.

Sorry, but we can not help you in this proces, you should contact the posting company you assigned to deliver the product to us.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Depending on where you live the mailing will have different cost although, it will always be delivered within 14 days.
