Here is how our return and refund policy works in a few steps!

1. Qualifications to be able to get a refund;

- The product has to be unused and still in the original box

- The box should be in a good condition

- We shall refund the posting costs

2. Send your package to us;

3. We will receive the package and mail you about the reception

4. We will mail you your product if the process is valid
